We provide resources and services to support Head Start families in their efforts to improve the quality of family life.
Family Partnership Building
Through Family Partnership building, we assist families with to access community services and resources, provide opportunities for parent education and serve as a family advocate. We also organizes parent groups/meetings and informational speakers who can provide insight into parenting issues, family relationships, child development and budgeting.
We believe parent involvement is pivotal because parents are the primary educators of their children. Our goal is to enable parents to participate in making policy decisions, parent education, and participation in the classroom or other activities to increase self-confidence and family involvement.
